Festivale Bonanza:Dos.

Saturday October 4th.

Bring a Bad movie to watch and any special snacks.

The festivities will start shortly after 6pm or so, and will probably be a quick dinner (for those who haven’t stuffed themselves on cake and what I hope will be more of those delicious wantons…)before heading to A21.  Feel free to call me for more details if you have my phone number.  If you don’t, there is probably a good reason I didn’t give it to you, so call Mojo, or whoever and ask them.

Also, Festivale Bonanza will be a politically neutral event.  Any talk of poltics will be dealt with in a swift and potentially destructive /embarrassing manner for everyone involved.  So be warned.

The more I learn, the more I think she should be just taken out in the street and shot like a rabid dog…

I thought she was a run-of-the-mill Jesus freak, but the Ass. of God church that she is a member of is nuts; speaking in tongues, exorcisms, serious end-times bullshit. It is the same cult that the Jesus Camp freaks are in. They are full on fundie cultists, and they make Catholics look like fucking agnostics.

I’ve never been that impressed with the Democrats, and I don’t expect to be(A Kucinich/Feingold 2012 Ticket would have me eating crow on that one). But that doesn’t lessen my disgust and fear of the fucking Pepublicans. With Bush/Kerry, or even McCain/Obama, it’s easy to say, “oh, they aren’t that different, give me some real fucking choices!”

But Palin/Biden? Who do you want to take over Dick Cheney’s reins of unlimited power?

Sarah—three house havin’—bible thumpin’—book bannin’—tongue speakin’—dog shootin’—Palin? or Joe—30 years of train ridin’—Biden?

Oh, Joe’s also well below the poverty line by political standards…and did I mention that although he talks a lot, he doesn’t speak in tongues?
